Full and Part Time Sales Assistant
We are seeking a vibrant and friendly people to join our team as a full time or part time sales assistant. In this customer focused role, you will be the first contact customers have with our brand. Therefore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining current customers and increasing sales. This is a permanent contract working flexibly including weekends.
In this role you can expect to:
- Provide excellence in service on a one to one basis with our customers
- Assist customers in identifying their perfect choice product
- Undergo extensive training from product knowledge to store operations
- Deliver expert product knowledge and services
We are seeking people with the following skills & experience:
- Sales experience in a retail setting beneficial but not essential
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Enjoy a highly customer-focused role
- Outgoing, warm and friendly personality
- Passion for jewellery and customer service
- Outstanding communication and people skills
