Online Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased online for any reason you have 14 days after the day of delivery to do so. We will make a full refund as long as the items are returned in a saleable condition. Custom designed jewellery, special orders and earrings are regrettably non returnable. In-store Exchange Policy

Goods will be accepted for exchange or store credit only if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. **Custom designed jewellery,  special orders and earrings are regrettably non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

**Sale items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer and are non-returnable.

How to Return an Online Purchase

Please contact us on: quoting your web order number and we will provide details on how to your return your item/s. Please ensure you include your returns reference number when sending back with your item. Then Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place the receipt you received with your order into the parcel. If the returned item/s are posted to John Macintyre & Son we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and not returned. We would advise that any returns are made with a proof of postage certificate or recorded delivery.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

Pricing and Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT. Prices quoted on the website are applicable exclusively to goods purchased through this website. While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If the goods you have ordered online are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order.

UK Customers

All online orders are sent via Royal Mail special delivery and are fully insured and we will email you with the Royal Mail tracking number once your order is dispatched. All purchases over £100 are inclusive of the free delivery.

**There is a £7.40 charge for any purchase under £100.

We are still able to send parcels abroad to EU countries, USA & rest of the world.

Such orders are sent via courier or Royal Mail tracked delivery. Please contact us on: to confirm if there is a delivery charge, as this may vary depending on the value of the order and the country that the order is being posted to. Please note, any country outside the UK will have to pay the customs charge on arrival.

To collect an item in store you must bring photographic identification, proof of the cardholder’s address and the credit card used to pay for the item online. If your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday your item can often be ready for collection the following working day, however we will let you know via email when your order is ready to collect, or alternatively email us on to confirm date for collection.
